The article presents information on methods used by Equifax Inc. to enhance its organizational performance. The company started an online program to improve individual and organizational performance and to strengthen the link between the two. This bond between the performance of the employees and the company increases accountability of both towards each other. Annual objectives are created in terms of strategy, operations, people and finances, which were worked upon according to the need. A system of evaluation is also introduced in the company to judge the achievement of the said objectives, during the middle of every year.
