The article presents information on the management or leadership training program of Equity Residential. The company has introduced its training program to satisfy its frontline supervisors, who are seeking to become better managers and leaders. A certified management program, named as the "Flight Program," is more than a typical management or leadership training program. The participants to the training program are required to contribute to online discussions on topics covered in the classroom. The program has been developed in partnership with Rio Salado College in Phoenix, Arizona where participants can get an associate's degree in business.
