Evaluating Industrial Trainers

Recognition of the need for a valid and objective means of determining the effectiveness of individual trainers led to the development of an evaluation in-strument called the I rainer Perform-ance Indicator (T.P.I.)- This was done bv Richard Lanman, a gra
