Evaluating Personnel

Plant, equipment, patent lights, raw mate-rials, and goodwill are valuable assets for a company, but the most important asset in any organization is its trained personnel. Others may have the same or better sources of raw materials, the same plans, equipment, and pro-cedures but without the trained personnel they are ineffective.
