The article presents information about an Internet survey conducted on employees and executives regarding work related problems. Around 90% of the surveyed employees were middle to senior-level managers. According to the survey, most employees do not seek their supervisors' advice on problems at work. Only 11% of the respondents said that they seek supervisors' help, while more than 24% depended on a colleague. Meanwhile, 15% employees depend on other senior level managers, 14% on a friend outside the company and 13% on a mentor or a coach.
