The From Scratch podcast may be for you. Nigel Paine and Martin Couzins' chats on L&D topics, which they host once or twice per month, are often just five minutes long. Usually, Couzins (a journalist, editor, curator, and publisher) will ask a question, and Paine  (a former chief learning officer who now teaches, consults, and writes books on leadership, learning, and people development) will take it from there.
