The terms facilitation and participation are common buzzwords for trainers and presenters. There is no shortage of books, articles, podcasts, and presentations about the importance of engaging participants and designing collaborative environments where students are—or take—an active part in their own learning by facilitating discussions and engaging in problem-solving activities.
