Give Employees Space to Be Themselves

Following the many traumatic, violent events of 2020 and the attack on the US Capitol in 2021, people across the US experienced feelings of shock, terror, and outrage. In addition to issuing statements condemning those unacceptable acts of violence, the American Nurses Association Enterprise sought methods to ensure that its employees felt supported.
