Global Coaching Profession Continues to Evolve

A look at the size and scope of the coaching industry across the world.

Worldwide, the percentage of coaches under 50 years old and over 50 years old is nearly split down the middle, and two-thirds of coach practitioners and managers/leaders using coaching skills are female. That's according to the 2016 ICF Global Coaching Study, the third iteration of a report that had editions in 2007 and 2012.
