Growing Talent in Hong Kong

Hong Kong companies' investment in employee training and development continues to rise. A study by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management shows that the nation's average employee training budget reached a 10-year high in 2014. The figure now stands at 3.5 percent of staff annual salaries.
