Healthcare Organizations Need to Step Up for Employees

One industry where workers undoubtedly have been hardest hit with stress during the COVID-19 pandemic has been healthcare. Some of the fears healthcare workers expressed in a nationwide Washington Post-Kaiser Family Foundation poll conducted last year were: "Trying to protect myself and patients," "Being exposed everyday then coming home hoping not to expose my family," and "The constant fear of contracting/passing along covid."
