How to Soar to Success

The article discusses ways to soar success. Change is inevitable in life and, particularly, in business. What's important is how one deals with change. When organizations undergo change, they can get out of alignment, which can create significant wear and tear on every employee. For both employees and management, being in a state of misaligned at work can evoke feelings of frustration, immobility, and lack of control over their jobs. Employees need to feel mobile, that they are valued, that they have some control over their circumstances. Because alignment is a process of making a vision a reality, it relates to many factors in the workplace: integrity, values, ideas, decision making, problem solving, motivation and empowerment. Realigning one's organization or staff may feel daunting at times, but it's worth it in the end. It brings balance, peace and harmony; it motivates people to get the job done; it generates feelings of empowerment and yields successful results for both the employees and the company.
