Improving Company Organization

AMA lias just completed a two-year investigation of changes in organiza- tional structure and theory in terms of their impact on the individual company. Forty companies with good organization practices were studied first-hand, several hundred organization manuals and charts were analyzed, and many of the outstanding thinkers and practitioners were interviewed.
