In Times of Change, Talent Development Matters More Than Ever

It isn't just change that today's organizations face. Instead, it's multiple major changes that sometimes occur simultaneously. Seven in 10 leaders report that their organizations saw at least one large organizational transition in the past two years. Of that group, 60 percent saw three or more. Changes might be negative or positive and include expansion, downsizing, mergers and acquisitions, and other major structural shifts.
