Innovation Matters, but Prioritizing It Lags

In an increasingly global and complex work environment, the ability to innovate is critical. A March 2014 study, conducted by ASTD in collaboration with subject matter expert Claude Legrand, reveals that 98 percent of respondents say that innovation is "important" or "very important" for the future success of their organizations. A majority of those responding believe their organizations were "very innovative" or "innovative."
