Today's instructional design (ID) practitioners are talented and eager professionals who leverage a wide and ever-evolving array of promising tools and approaches—ranging from time-tested methods to cutting-edge technologies—to develop training experiences. However, instructional designers don't rate their profession's overall efforts as highly as they could, according to new research from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp).
