International Paper Company Mill Uses Unique Approach to Employee Education

Reports that International Paper Company's Adroscoggin Mill has formed a partnership with Thomas College of Waterville (Maine) in which the college will establish an education program at the mill's facilities. Number of employees enrolled in the first program offered by the college; Comments from David Osgood, manager or management development at Adroscoggin Mill, regarding the company's efforts to accommodate the employees; Comments from Jim Grippe, an employee enrolled in the program, who would not have been able to gain education if not for the college coming to the mill.
