It all started over lunch. Staff at the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business were talking about a new professional development tool designed to help individuals grow their own concepts of leadership. Quoting former GE CEO Jeff Immelt, one person said, "Leadership is a deep journey into yourself."
