L&D Site Serves as One-Stop, Self-Help Shop

Instructional design teams can be small and mighty but often cannot keep up with the numerous requests they receive from across the company. The demand to develop training programs and answer questions about instructional design is overwhelmingly greater than many teams' bandwidth. At SoCalGas, the L&D team embraced the opportunity to implement an innovative solution to effectively manage the increase in requests.
