Employees should be encouraged to speak in case of inconsistent actions for correction and clarifications to foster additional growth. Appropriate corrective action and realization of point of view increases the trust level for both parties because honest feelings are shared and heard. It is essential for leaders to set aside their egos and recognized being told when they are wrong.
