Having happier employees who are satisfied with their jobs doesn't need to cost an organization much from a monetary standpoint, and companies stand to reap benefits beyond happier employees to ones who are more productive. Also, employees are more likely to be happier if they believe their leaders are striving toward a more human workplace, according to Globoforce's WorkHuman Research Institute.
