It has found that there is great difference in training received and its application on a job. Technology has greatly influenced the training and development process. It lessens the difference between learning and work. As the learning and support mingles in the workplace, inquiry in the process will become essential part of it. It can be helpful in tracking the engagement, contribution of a person in the process. Even the appreciation of the process can show the voluntary participation of the employee and can improve in managing the assets and designing programs.
