In 2014, the corporate learning management system market grew more than 21 percent. Yet despite this increase in usage, many companies are finding it difficult to engage employees with their LMSs. This could be due to lack of functionality: According to a survey by Software Advice, just 39 percent of LMS users gave their system's features a high rating. The survey revealed which LMS features would compel employees to log in more often.
