The article discusses a survey conducted by the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) concerning the use of psychological assessments for the selection and development of executives in the U.S. Seventeen percent of the 180 organizations that responded to the survey are considering the implementation of psychological assessment. Jay Jamrog, senior vice president of research at i4cp, has concluded that the findings prove that organizations recognize the demands placed on high-level executives.
