As artificial intelligence continues to rapidly reshape the workplace, global charity Made By Dyslexia and recruiting company Randstad Enterprise have launched a free training course, Hiring Dyslexic Thinking Talent, to help employers harness uniquely human skills that AI cannot replicate. The course is available on DyslexicU, Hiring Dyslexic Thinking Talent's learning platform. The course equips businesses with the tools to attract, assess, and support candidates with dyslexic thinking capabilities.

Made By Dyslexia and Randstad Enterprise used global skills data to focus the course on skills over credentials. The training program helps organizations recognize dyslexic thinking skills—such as creativity, big-picture thinking, and problem solving—traits that are in increasing demand but often overlooked by traditional recruitment systems. The course covers every part of the hiring process, including applications, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

With practical tools, real-world case studies from companies such as HSBC, GCHQ, Virgin, and Cisco, and a commitment to inclusive hiring, the course provides a blueprint for modern talent development.
