The article reports on the findings of the survey conducted by Adecco USA regarding what professional resolutions workers are making in 2008 in the U.S. Findings show that work-balance became the workers' priority which is followed by getting a raise and being more productive in the industry. Findings also reveal that workers are still planning to stay at their current jobs and they do not have a plan to look for new jobs this year. Respondents of the survey suggested resolutions for their employers particularly in giving feedback and being more responsive.
