One to Watch: Michele Williams

In her role at Alliance Data, Michele Williams redeveloped and expanded the new-hire onboarding program and she coaches recent college graduates through the Initial Career Experience program. Aspects of the onboarding initiative continue to be adopted throughout the organization.
