Online Challenges Can Augment Learning in the Remote Workplace

I joined an online challenge several years ago to help attain a goal I had been struggling to achieve on my own. And more recently, I started thinking about how such a challenge could be a fun and engaging way to deliver asynchronous learning to remote workers.
