Focuses on the program, Train the Trainer of the New York Metropolitan Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development's Brotherhood-In-Action (BIA) Committee whose purpose is to act as conduit through which the members of the training fraternity in the business community can get in touch with their colleagues in the inner city.
