Use this straightforward process to determine the value of your training.

If you are an internal learning professional (and perhaps more so if you're an external contractor), you probably would say that the training you provide is extremely valuable. You may present training program objectives and explain how congruent they are with organizational goals or explain how your professional expertise guided a client to performance improvement nirvana. No one can fault you for those bragging rights; you earned them. But what about another type of training value that often eludes us—the cost of resources needed to develop and maintain quality training products that wow bosses and clients.
