Rebranding Employee Resource Groups

What can organizations do to make these support groups more attractive to employees?

Many workers are wary of employee resource groups (ERGs), according to a survey by consulting firm Software Advice. The survey, which asked 1,554 U.S. adults their opinions about ERGs, found that older workers tend to view the support groups in a negative light.
