A few months into the pandemic, the talent development and culture team at CHRISTUS Health knew that to sustain the organization's culture, it needed to reinstate development opportunities for leaders and associates, especially with an influx of contract nurses unfamiliar with the organizational culture and the stressors CHRISTUS Health and its leaders carried.
