The article presents information on various training programs conducted in Reliance Industries Ltd. The learning center and safety department of the company organized workshops on different areas including confined space entry, transportation of hazardous materials and crane safety operation. The company also planned to shutdown one of its facility to enhance its learning programs. To improve the quality standards, written tests were introduced for the employees to judge their job skills. There were also training programs for the officials of the company to learn how to reduce the energy consumption of the plants.
