Remembering How We Learn

As the leader of a leading technology-enabled learning company, I spend a great deal of time tracking the new technology innovations in our industry. Mobile, social, and collaboration applications all show great promise for learning. And yet, all the buzz creates a bit of unease for me that we may be putting the cart before the horse. Sometimes it seems that there is a misplaced focus on how we can use the latest technology for learning, rather than how we inspire enhanced performance by leveraging new tools intelligently.
