In the CNBC article "The ‘Great Resignation' Is Altering the Workforce Dynamic—Maybe for Good," Michelle Fox cites recruiting consultant Abby Kohut as saying that people are becoming particular when it comes to their job search. Employers are doing what they can to be desirable to individuals searching for accommodations. According to XpertHR's Flexible Work Policies and Practices Survey 2021 report, nearly 90 percent of US organizations are providing flexible work options to increase talent retention. For the survey, XpertHR received responses from 439 US employers of various sizes across industries, including manufacturing, finance, IT, and retail, as well as from government and nonprofit organizations.
