The buildup of stress and distraction is affecting the environment our learners live in every day. As training facilitators, we cannot ignore the impact of prolonged strain on people's social and emotional health. Nor can we stop the need for workers to develop, learn, and grow. We must instead navigate the noise. Training in a trauma-informed way can reduce the roadblocks from trauma to help facilitate learning moments.
