In 2024, Pacific Seafood President and CEO Frank Dulcich launched Mission 31, an initiative to double revenue by 2031. Since 1941, the vertically integrated seafood company has grown from a single operation into a dynamic enterprise with operations in fishing, aquaculture, processing, and distribution. With a workforce of approximately 3,600 across the US, Canada, and Europe—including roughly 600 new employees resulting from the December 2024 acquisition of three large processing facilities and seasonal housing in Kodiak, Alaska—the company is positioned for significant expansion.
