The article reports on the Measure of CEO Confidence, a study conducted by the Conference Board on executives who rate the current economy favorably in the U.S. The number of executives who viewed the economy positively has favorably rose to 39 points in the second quarter of 2008. A score above 50 indicates that a majority of executives view the economy positively. Current economic conditions barely registered an improvement, with less than 7% stating economic conditions had improved.
