Assessing a learner's comprehension of content is a fundamental part of the teaching and learning process. As facilitators and trainers, we want to know how our techniques have affected learner comprehension, as measured against the training outcomes. As directors and leaders, we want to ensure there is a meaningful return on investment for the time staff spent building and completing training, whether financially or through meaningful and measurable change. No matter your role or industry, learner assessment is a cornerstone of the work that we do.
