Swayed to Stay

In response to the apparent sea change in work culture and to questions about how it may affect federal employees' levels of engagement and—ultimately—government effectiveness, the Partnership for Public Service in collaboration with ServiceNow undertook a research study to better understand why civil servants leave their agencies or the federal government altogether—and what makes them stay.
