Technology’s Influence on the Field

Ger Driesen is a Dutch independent learning and development expert who specializes in management development and talent development programs, strategic learning and development, and reverse mentoring. He co-owns a training company, and writes for various Dutch magazines and blog sites. In recognition of his leadership and contribution to the HR field, Driesen recently was presented with the L&D Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India.
