Software company Whatfix defines digital adoption as "the process of learning how to use a new technology that enables you to take advantage of its full benefits and potential." To accompany that perspective, the company's podcast, The Digital Adoption Show, hosts industry leaders every week to tackle how organizations can accelerate the digital adoption process.
Training employees isn't inexpensive, but it's a necessary part of doing business. The Association for Talent Development's 2022 State of the Industry report reveals that the average organization had a direct learning expenditure of $1,280 per employee in 2021. So, when companies decide to implement a new tool, platform, or other technology, they must be sure the ends will justify the means.
HR and L&D leaders who have appeared on The Digital Adoption Show since its inception in 2021 give listeners the strategies to efficiently accelerate their company's digital adoption plan.
During the show's ongoing third season, it has hosted Cameron Wood Foley, GoDaddy global director of learning, to share how she measures L&D tools' effectiveness. Kerri Rivers, a senior manager at Boston Scientific, has also joined the show this season to discuss maximizing your company's digital adoption platform.
