Much like a blog at its core, Connie Malamed's site serves as a conglomerate for a wide array of content relevant to the L&D profession. She has written many articles, while others are links to related external content. The eLearning Coach Podcast that she hosts, however, has become a staple.

The podcast features interviews with authors, experts, and people who are doing interesting things that are related to the L&D field in some way or another. Malamed has created more than 50 podcast episodes, each roughly 30 minutes in length. You can expect a new segment almost monthly, and it is available on iTunes.

Here are a few examples of what to expect: In episode 51, Malamed speaks with Mike Taylor, a learning technology professional, on how to build an e-learning portfolio. He details several platforms for hosting a portfolio and necessary files, including both well-developed and last-minute options.
