The Future of Work Is Ageless

By 2050, one-quarter of the population in Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development member countries will be older than age 65. At the same time, millennials—who will be between 50 and 69 years old—will comprise a significant portion of the workforce. Meanwhile, Generation Z professionals will be midcareer, facing their own challenges in a workforce that is still struggling with age bias.
