The article discusses the significance of proper training towards successful personal and professional growth. It was revealed according to study that developing deep, genuine relationships both internally among co-workers and externally with partners and customers, is one of the most important skills on having successful training. It was noted that the human resource has a great role on placing a priority on resource management and processes over employees. Moreover, building customer loyalty were ultimately less about a product or service that it is about the quality of the relationship which is considered as the most critical success factor for any leader.
