Hosts Michael Esau and Simon Humphreys, both global HR advisors for SAP based in the UK, ask HR and talent management leaders, advisors, and influencers—from inside and outside of the SAP ecosystem—to share their insights, experiences, and guidance on relevant topics from the world of work. Notable issues they discuss include a design thinking approach to change management, the inner workings of data analysis models, and the value of employee experience and well-being.

For example, the episode with Nicola Johnson, director of the Centre of Excellence at Bentley Motors, and Jane Harrington, HR digital transformation manager at Bentley Motors, delves into ways organizations are attracting and retaining talent. Johnson and Harrington reflect on how brand image and candidates' changing expectations are affecting the battle for talent. Another episode featuring David Williams, founder and CEO of Impact International, explores the role of leadership in hybrid and virtual work models.

Each episode runs about 30 to 45 minutes and is available via popular podcast platforms, including SoundCloud, iTunes, and Spotify.
