Empathy is on track to becoming the most vital skill of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which is characterized by technology-driven innovations such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things that promise to transform the integration of our physical, biological, and digital worlds in unprecedented ways.
