OUR INITIAL REPORT on the Worthington Personal Llistory tech-nique was published in the November-December, 1950, journal of Industrial Training. Shortly after that time, we received hundreds of inquiries from Training Directors, Personnel Managers and a surprising number of general man-agement executives.
