The Pros and Cons of Grit

Every so often, a concept from the academic world holds value for those of us in the corporate world and becomes a popular rallying cry for leaders across a broad spectrum of fields. To be of use, these concepts must be catchy, straightforward, and applicable to different professional contexts. The concept of grit seems to fit these criteria.
