It refers to the key values and ideas that have influenced a leader's personal development and career success. The Becton Dickinson University's Advanced Leadership Development Program asked their participants to describe their teachable points of view through stories or topics where lessons have learned from their experience. It was inferred that the use of leadership teachable point of view in training programs will help improve individual and organizational performance.
